Dalian International Airport Passenger & Freight Sales Corporation, subordinate to Dalian International Airport Group Corporation, is a comprehensive ground service assurance unit specializing in the international and domestic passenger ticket sales and air cargo transportation. In possession of more than 370 employees, the corporation has been insisting on the overall policy of "Safety First" in civil aviation and the modern operation conception of "Study, Innovation, Credit and Development", and tries to reach the standards for internationalized airport based on the assurance of ground transportation and fine service quality characteristic for civil aviation. Relying on the special regional advantages of Dalian airport, it offers the society and service targets with humane, rational, systematic and scientific services,and provides specialized technical support as well as standardized and normalized assurance for all kinds of enterprises. It has been honored as the"Inspection-free Enterprise"by Dalian Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau for three years in succession; the title of "Winner Enterprise of Safety and Health Cup Contest" in the Northeast China in 2005; and the title of Civilized Window "Advanced UnitĦħ of Liaoning Province.

DalianAirport is an important hub airport accessible to Northeast Asia. At present, the international airline companies having passenger ticket sales agency rights as well as ground assurance service and sales agency rights for air cargo transportation including 43 overseas airline companies such as ANA, JAL, United Airlines, Lufthansa, American Airlines, British Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Vladivostok Airlines, Far Eastern Airlines, Siberia Airlines, Korean Air, Asiana Airlines; regional airline company such as Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Ltd; domestic airline companies such as Air China, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Shenzhen Airline, Sichuan Airlines, Xiamen Airlines, Shandong Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, Okay Airway Com, Ltd, China Postal Airlines; it has also signed the air charter ground sales agency agreement with UPS. DalianAirport has now opened 118 airlines including 75 domestic lines and 43 international and special administrative region lines, open to air navigation with 15 countries and 97 domestic and foreign cities, among which there are 36 international and special administrative region cities. The sales volume of passenger tickets accounts for 1/5 of total volume in Dalian; the international cargo transportation amount accounts for over 70% of the total. It has also established sales agency network with 43 cities, and has been equipped with specialized customs supervision and control conveying fleet, responsible for the long and short-distance delivery of network clients and various cargos.

The Corporation owns more than 20 professional sales personnel and 16 personnel who have obtained the IATA authorized qualifications to handle carriage of dangerous goods.
