June 27 According to CAAC Document ([1981] CA Zhengganren Zi No.57) transmitted by Party Committee of CAAC Shenyang Administration ([1981] Shenguanzhenggan Zi No.126), Xiao Deqian was appointed as station master of CAAC Dalian Station and Liu Wufu was as secretary of Party Committee in CAAC Dalian Station.
