Apr. 1	Dalian—Beijing—Shenyang—Changchun Flight Course was opened.
September	West Remote-distance Homing Beacon, equipped with facilities for power supply, heating and water supply, was brought into service with 289m2 of floor area and total investment of RMB 100,000 Yuan, which was 4600m away from west end of runway, located on the slope behind Yin Village of Leizishan Group of Xinzhaizi Commune in Ganjingzi District, Dalian.
In same year	Launch Pad, which was 2500m in south side away from west end of runway, located on Xiaotuanshan Hill of No.3 Production Team of Xiaoxinzhaizi Group under Xinzhaizi Commune in Ganjingzi District, Dalian, was brought into service with 333m2 of floor area and investment of RMB 80,000 Yuan, which was equipped with two 400W FOHI—74 single-sideband short wave transmitters, two 400W 101-transmitters, one 50W short wave transmitter, one 150W short wave transmitter, seven standard pylon antennas and two 30KV diesel generators as standby power of Pad.
